IMPRINTING CHARGES: A one color imprint on one location is included unless otherwise stated.

IMPRINT AREAS: Artwork will be sized to utilize maximum product imprint area unless otherwise specified on PO

SCREEN & SET-UP CHARGES: $56.25(g) for each color including the first for standard size up to 10” x 10”. Repeat set-up charges (within 12 months of the previous order) will be charged at $31.25(g)

COLOR MATCHING: A PMS color matching charge of $25.00(g) will be applied for custom colours as requested. An exact color match is still not fully guaranteed due to the varying degrees of fabric thickness, weave, and color which reflect depth of shade differently. We do however mix to match as close as possible. All imprinted orders must specify a PMS color when not using Ecorite’s standard color palette (see chart below).

ARTWORK Check List: All artwork may be forwarded to sales@ecorite.com. E-mails must include company, contact name, and phone number. Please refer to your PO# into the subject line of your e-mailed artwork.

1. Completed Art: $65/hour charge for re-building.

2. Finalized Art: Artwork must be finalized before proceeding.

3. Art Format: Vector art is preferred. If not available, provide a high-resolution PNG with the white background removed and correct colours. For screen-printing, please provide a black version of the artwork.

4. No Release Masks: Any colour/white to be removed during printing must be a separate object.

5. Colour: Only solid colours; no semi-transparency.

6. Layered Colours: If the artwork contains multiple layered colours that cannot be simplified to one, specify which parts to change or resend with the correct colours.

7. Personalization: Specify location, size, colour, and font clearly.

8. Fonts: Convert all fonts to outlines.

9. Line Thickness: Minimum 2.5 points.

10. Imprint Color: Ensure the artwork contains the correct PMS imprint colour (e.g., Red 185 C).

11. Artwork Size: Artwork must be correctly sized.

Tru Transfer /DTF location charge is in addition to the blank cost of goods. All transfer orders require a 10 day lead time after approval (large quantities may require longer). All pricing is based on volume purchase only.

Artwork Specifications for Transfers

• Setup charges for full Color Tru Transfer @ $112.50(g) per each design
• Repeat setup charges for full Color Tru Transfer/DTF @ $56.25(g) per each design
• For Personalization please add an additional 1.00(g) per unit
• All artwork needs to be supplied in the final size desired
• Accepted file formats are: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, TIFF or PDF
• Files must be a minimum resolution of 300dpi
• All fonts must be converted to outlines for Adobe Illustrator files
• The minimum line thickness is 2.5 points (.034”)
• Halftones must have a solid backing color
• All art must be provided in CMYK color format. PMS matches
  are not guaranteed as all colors will be CMYK generated close matches.
