PAYMENT METHODS:
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, Money Order, Certified or company cheque. New account orders must be paid in full with either a credit card or certified cheque prior to order leaving our dock. Credit must be established before terms can be applied to any order. Please contact us for further info. No C.O.D. orders. NSF cheques are subject to an additional service charge.
NOTE: Customers who enjoy net-30 credit terms with Ecorite are required to make all payments by cheque. Credit card payments made after 30 days are subject to an additional 2% surcharge. No credit card surcharge applies if the payment is made prior to shipping.
IMPRINTING CHARGES:
A one color imprint on one location is included unless otherwise stated.
BLANK MERCHANDISE:
Deduct $ 0.50 (g) / unit
If bags will be decorated off site, please check with your CSR as to the care needed to complete decoration first. No refunds or credits will be issued for damaged bags if the CSR was not consulted with first.
SCREEN & SET UP CHARGES:
$56.25 (g) per color including the first color.
IMPRINT AREAS:
Artwork will be sized to utilize maximum product Imprint Area unless otherwise specified on P.O.
CANCELLATIONS:
Will be charged at the cost of material, and labor.
PAPER PROOF:
First paper proof is provided at no cost. Each additional paper proof is $9.38 (g)
RETURNS & CLAIMS:
No returns will be accepted without prior approval and a RA (return authorization) number is issued from our Head Office. Claims must be made within 30 days of invoice and a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all blank returned goods. All boxes containing blank items must be inspected and verified by the buyer upon receipt to ensure the product is correct before printing and/or embroidery. For goods shipped directly to decorators, it is the responsibility of your printer or embroiderers to verify accuracy of items as no returns will be accepted once items are printed and/or embroidered.
Sample Returns:
All samples are non-returnable and non-refundable.
COLOR MATCHING:
A PMS color matching charge of $25.00 (g) will be applied as requested. An exact color match is still not guaranteed due to the varying degree’s of fabric thickness, weave, and color, which reflect depth of shade differently. We do mix and match as close as possible in any case. All imprinted orders must specify a PMS color. Matching charges are not applied to standard colors.
NOTE: All colors vary with the printing process (silk screen, heat transfer, etc.), the color of the material being printed on, as well as the type of surface (shiny or matte finish). PMS numbers are indicated for reference only. They are approximate as PMS colors are based upon process printing on white substrate. Ecorite strives to get as close to a match as possible, but exact matches are not guaranteed. Matching for any non-standard color is available at a charge of $15(g) per color. An additional charge for a white base print is optional at customer’s request.
SAMPLES:
Random stock samples are available at no charge up to a value of $12.50 (g) provided that a valid shipping account is given. Otherwise samples are sold at EQP pricing plus freight.
PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLES:
Cost of stock Item and screen set up(s) plus $25.00 (g).
RUSH SHIPMENTS:
All Rush orders under 5 days: $30.00 plus 10% of order value
Self- Promo:
Self promo pricing is EQP less 20% unless stated other wise. The items are to be decorated by Ecorite, not the customer’s choosing. The limit on self promo is 100 units.
REPEAT SCREEN PRINTED ORDERS:
Re-set up charge of $31.25(g) per color within twelve months of original order. Customers must provide copy of original art & invoice # to verify before imprinting.
LESS THAN MINIMUM QUANTITY ORDERS:
For printed orders less than the listed minimum quantity, a “Less Than Minimum” order charge of $43.75 (g) will apply. Minimum invoice amount is $75.00 (g) (Does not apply to sample orders)
PRODUCTION TIME:
In-stock printed items ship in approximately 8-10 working days after receipt of order and art as well as proof approval. Blank items can be shipped within 48 hours. For Custom made Domestic products allow 3-4 weeks. For rush orders please call for availability and charges. Ecorite is not responsible for delays incurred while an order is in transit.
DROP SHIPPING:
The first 2 delivery addresses are included at no additional charge; beyond that, a charge of $10.00(g) per location will be applied for each additional address provided.
OVERRUNS & UNDER RUNS:
All efforts will be made to ship exact quantities. However we reserve the right to ship over or under by 5%.
FABRIC DISCLAIMER:
Please note that colors in the catalog images may not be 100% accurate to the actual products. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot always guarantee the continuity of exact color shade from order to order of the same item. Minor differences may occur in fabric weight, finish and overall size of finished product from lot to lot. Color fastness of 100% cotton materials is not guaranteed and Cotton products will shrink after wash. Please note that Natural cotton shrinks more than colored or white cotton.
ORDER CONFIRMATION:
All orders must be in writing. Any changes to orders must be confirmed in writing and may affect original shipping date.
TRADEMARKS:
All copy or other material submitted for use by Ecorite to produce items ordered will be accepted as being in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, copyright of privacy, patent or similar protection. Customer warrants indemnifying and holding Ecorite harmless in any infringement action as a result of printing the artwork.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
Ecorite’s liability for economic, property, damage, or personal liability arising from the sale, shipment, storage, handling or use of goods, whether based on alleged negligence or otherwise, shall not exceed in aggregate, the amount paid by the customer for the goods causing such damage. Under no circumstances will Ecorite be liable for any consequential damage (including, without limitation, loss of use or lost profit), or any damages suffered by third party. Ecorite cannot be liable for delays in delivery or product availability due to customs, shipping or natural disasters. Ecorite reserves the right to make slight spec changes to enhance product quality or performance.
